Hey Everyone!
If you'd like to become an instructor in APRIL and are not yet certified in CPR, this is the last chance we will be able to offer you:
Adult CPR/AEDLearn how to recognize symptoms of a heart attack, what to do about them; when and how to do CPR on adults (anyone 12 years or older); choke rescue and rescue breathing; and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) for victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Upon successful completion, students receive a Certificate for Adult CPR & AED Training (valid for 1 year).
First AidTeaches how to recognize and care for victims of injury or sudden illness plus how to treat cuts, bruises, bone and muscle injuries, shock, bleeding and other emergencies (valid for 3 years).

3. You must make the payment of $190 when you enroll with the chapter; this will be reimbursed if you volunteer to teach 4 classes with the chapter within a year of becoming a certified instructor, does not count if you teach for ARC at Cal.
