Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. It’s been a while since you’ve
heard from me. It’s mainly because I’ve been waiting to hear the results
from the Big Game Blood Drives but they have still to get back to me, so
we decided to just shoot you an email.
(DISCLAIMER: This email is very long but it has a lot of important
information so please read everything.)First of all, we’d like to thank you for all the tremendous amount of work
you all have put into Blood Committee. We are extremely impressed by the
dedication you all have exhibited and we are very proud of each and every
one of you. GO BLOOD COMMITTEE!!!

1.There will be no more committee meetings for this semester but we will
begin having regular meetings again next semester.
2. Hours have been updated for the last blood drive so please check your
hours and make sure you fulfill at least 10 hours and attend one CLUB
social (ie. Capture the Flag, Scavenger/Board Game, Dodgeball, etc).
Remember you have to complete 10 hours to be considered a member of ARC as
well as attend at least one club social. Dodgeball is still pending but
should be still on for this semester. If you are interested, keep your
eyes peeled for an email about this.

Volunteer Banquet is this Friday, December 3rd, 6-7:30PM. It will be
on the 4th floor of MLK, Madrone Room. If you haven’t done so already,
please RSVP by filling out the form on this link:

involved with ARC and would like to be a coordinator in any of the lines
of services, we will be uploading the application on our website shortly.
You will be given until the end of Winter Break or so to complete the
application and email the respective committee coordinators you are
interested in. We encourage everyone to apply and you can also apply for
more than one committee to increase your chance if you’d like. After you
send in your application, there will also be interview portion.

December 7th Blood Drive! That’s right. This will be our last blood
drive of this semester and we need your help again in making this as
successful as the previous blood drives. If you haven’t completed your 10
hours, this is probably one of the last opportunities to do so as well.

best job we can and so please fill out an evaluation so we can know how to
improve. Feel free to be as frank as possible. The evaluation is
anonymous so don’t worry about what you say and we won’t take any offense
to what you put as long as it is truthful.

If we don’t see you guys either at the next blood drive stuff, the
volunteer banquet, dodgeball, etc…we hope you will continue with ARC and
we look forward in working with you again next semester! We hope all is
