Youth Services focuses on educating enthusiastic elementary school students about first aid preparedness. Duties include setting up presentation dates with local schools, practicing short skits, making worksheets, and taking bimonthly or monthly trips to elementary schools to perform in front of a classroom of kids. This semester, we will also be making cards for Oakland Children's Hospital patients during the holidays, helping distribute trick-or-treat goods with safety tips attached for Halloween, and volunteering as carnival game operators.
