Just a last reminder about dinner & BROOMBALL Saturday night!
Come join ARC@Cal for our first social of the semester! Take a break from studying and join us for dinner and BROOMBALL!
What the heck is broomball you ask?! Well imagine playing ice hockey, but without skates, pads, or a puck. Instead it's just you, your helmet, and a stick, running on the ice rink, trying to score a ball into the other team's goal. BEWARE, YOU MAY FALL (but that's where the fun's at
)! I guarantee that you do... NOT want to miss out on this. It's one of those MUST DO items on every college student's list.
We will be meeting for
dinner at 7:30PM at Racha Cafe on Telegraph and Dwight before embarking on an adventure on the 1 Bus to the Oakland Ice Center.
If you just want to go Broomballing, just meet at the bus stop in front of Racha Cafe (Telegraph and Dwight) at 9:00PM. We will have the ice from 10-11PM. Dress accordingly! (ie, you most likely don't want to wear shorts and sandals...)
A NIGHT OF BROOMBALLING:
$5/person(CRAZY GOOD DEAL considering other clubs usually charge $12+)
